Gospel Forum is best enjoyed with friends and family, so we are pleased to offer special accommodations for groups of 10+. Whether it's your church, family, circle of friends, ministry staff, or other group, we have a few special touches to make your experience special:
To begin your group booking, please contact us at email@example.com. Let us know the name of your group, where you are coming from, and the expected size of your group. One of our senior event planners will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss how we can serve you best.
Ticket Purchases/Transfers: All ticket purchases are confirmed when processed by our system. They are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable. In the event that the original ticket holder is unable to attend, the ticket may be transferred for free to another attendee. Transfer requests must be made at least 21 days prior to the event. To request assistance with a ticket transfer, please Contact Us.
Ticket Upgrades: When available, attendees who previously purchased a General Admissions ticket may upgrade to Prime Seating. Modifications can be made directly through our registration portal. Upgrades are nonrefundable. To submit an upgrade request, please Contact Us.
Schedule Changes: The schedule released on this website includes our most current publicly available information. From time to time, changes are necessary due to ministry or logistical needs. Thus, the posted schedule is indicative but not guaranteed. Additionally, though all speakers and musicians listed are confirmed, it is impossible for us to predict whether last-minute contingencies may prevent any of them from participating in Gospel Forum.
After I register, what happens next?
If your registration is completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. That's it! Just bring your confirmation along with a government-issued photo ID to the Registration desk when you check in. If you need to modify details of your registration, please visit our registration portal and use your registration details to log back in.
Can I register a large group all at once?
Yes! Our registration system easily allows you to input registration information for groups. If you are registering 10 or more attendees, we offer special group concessions, as discussed above.
Are the online payments secure?
Alabaster Group's online payments are processed by Authorize.net, a subsidiary of Visa and one of the world's largest online payments gateway. Authorize.net provides fast and reliable processing with industry-leading security.
What seating options are available?
In general, seating is open and seats are not guaranteed. However, registrants electing our Prime Seating option will enjoy exclusive access to a special reserved section. Additionally, we offer groups of 10+ the option to reserve sections so that they are always able to sit together.
Are tickets available for a single day or a single session?
We do not offer registration for partial attendance.
Will you have overflow seating? What happens if you sell out?
There will be no overflow seating. When we approach the venue capacity, registration will be discontinued and interested attendees may join a waitlist.
Are any sessions free?
The Sunday morning session will be free and open to the general public, as part of Alabaster Group's regular church service. No registration is necessary to attend.
I want to get the best seats possible. When do doors open for each session?
Doors open 30 minutes before each session. Seats may not be reserved between sessions, except for groups with designated reserved seating. All personal property must be removed from the venue between sessions.
Are children permitted to attend Gospel Forum? Do you offer childcare?
Of course! We welcome everyone, regardless of age. Everyone - including children, regardless of age - requires a registration and name badge to attend the event. If you are bringing a young child in a stroller, we may be able to offer you a reserved seat with stroller space; please Contact Us if you would like to inquire about this option. We also request that parents with young children kindly step outside the meeting space if their children become disruptive to others. At this time, we do not offer childcare services.
Do you have discounted hotel offers?
No. This year, Gospel Forum is not operating with a specific hotel partner.
Are recordings - either photo, audio, or video - allowed?
No! All rights to presentations made at Gospel Forum are owned by Alabaster Group, and all forms of recordings are strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved. However, we do generally make recordings available to the public shortly after the conference free of charge. Those recordings may be used with written permission from Alabaster Group.
Will Gospel Forum include healing services?
We believe in the power of God to bring healing to every form of brokenness. We do not direct our speakers to address specific topics or needs, so we cannot guarantee that there will be a dedicated healing service. However, we anticipate that there will be many opportunities to receive prayer for a variety of needs.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. The Theater is on the ground floor, and the property has full ADA accommodations.
